OneSpartanburg, Inc. Leads Groups

Looking to get more involved in Spartanburg and gain new business at the same time? Join one of our Leads Groups.

The Leads Groups are open to OneSpartanburg, Inc. members, and is designed to foster relationships and the exchange of business-to-business leads across our community. If your business or industry has leads on the table, bring them to a Leads Group meeting and grow your foothold in Spartanburg.

JOIN A LEADS GROUP

Eligibility: Only members in good standing may participate, membership must be current to participate in a specific Leads Group. If your membership is behind without arrangements being made you may be asked to leave the group.

1. Each business category/position may only have one representative in the group.
2. A member may visit the group up to two times as a guest before committing provided there is a slot open in their business category/position.
3. Guests who are Non-Members may visit the group one time if there is a slot open in their business category/position before having to become a member.
4. The meetings will be virtual until a later date where they will be turned into an in-person meeting. OneSpartanburg, Inc. will coordinate all meeting details.
5. A OneSpartanburg, Inc. member can be in up to two leads groups if there is not another member of the same business category/position vying for the second position.
6. Leads Group members must actively bring at least one lead per month to stay a member of the group.

Attendance: Attendance is crucial to the success of your business and the group. A member must attend a minimum of 9 out of 12 meetings throughout the year. Meetings will be on a monthly basis. Members must also be prepared to present at meetings in order to foster relationships and leads being exchanged.

If you are unable to attend a meeting please send an email to the group. The Moderator of the group will keep attendance and inform their OneSpartanburg, Inc. representative if attendance is a habitual problem with a member. If poor attendance continues OneSpartanburg, Inc. has the right to ask the member to step down.

Moderator: There will be an opportunity to be the moderator of a Leads Group. As Moderator your attendance is required at all meetings. This position will be reassessed in January and July of each year.

Professionalism: All participants of Leads Groups are expected to behave respectfully to other members and guests. The purpose of the group is to support everyone in the group as you also grow and support your business.
