There are plenty of ways to get involved at OneSpartanburg, Inc. Join a council or a committee for professional and personal development.

AREA COUNCILS

Area Councils, in existence since 1987, provide targeted engagement to businesses in outlying areas of Spartanburg County, including its small municipalities and unincorporated areas. Any member business can participate in the area council it is located in, without additional dues.

Each Council provides a common voice in promoting the economic well-being of the business, professional and industrial community of its respective area. Each council formulates and executes group activities to improve business and civic conditions in the area.

  • Downtown Business Council: all businesses in Downtown Spartanburg
  • East Spartanburg Leadership Council: member businesses in School District 3
  • Foothills Area Council: member businesses in School District 1
  • Middle Tyger Area Council: member businesses in School District 5
  • North Spartanburg Community Leadership Council: member businesses in School District 2
  • Woodruff Area Council: member businesses in School District 4.

LEADS GROUPS

Leads Groups are open to anyone looking to get more involved in Spartanburg, gain new business and make new connections.

OneSpartanburg, Inc. members are eligible for the group, which is designed to foster relationships and the exchange of business-to-business leads across our community. If your business or industry has leads on the table, bring them to a Leads Group meeting and grow your foothold in Spartanburg.

Government Relations

The Government Relations Committee convenes local elected officials, creates the annual legislative agenda and recommends pro-business policy to the Executive Board

Industry Council

The Industry Council allows workers from Spartanburg County's industrial economy to connect with peers, learn best practices and more.

Spartanburg Young Professionals

Committees are open to all young professionals who become members of SYP.
