The SC Ports Authority delivers facilities and services for many international businesses in South Carolina. About 200 miles from Spartanburg, near Charleston, the SCPA operates the Port of Charleston. All ports provide container-loading facilities. Granted by the SC State Ports Authority, the Greenville-Spartanburg area near I-85 is FTZ No. 38.
