Jessie Schlosser promoted to Director of Talent and Workforce Partnerships

Jessie Schlosser has been promoted to OneSpartanburg, Inc. Director of Talent and Workforce Partnerships.
Starting with the organization in March 2024, Jessie was previously Talent Development Coordinator.
“This promotion reflects not only her proven performance since her start, but also her commitment to advance bold talent development initiatives that position Spartanburg for generational success. The work and accomplishments of EDGE would not be possible with Jessie's hard work and vision,” said Taylor Dement, OneSpartanburg, Inc. Vice President of Talent Strategy.
In her new role, Jessie will continue to lead the implementation and scaling of EDGE as well lead a comprehensive employer engagement strategy that aligns talent initiatives with regional workforce needs.
