Small Group Affordable Care Act (ACA) Plans (groups between 2-50)
BlueCross’ Small Group Affordable Care Act (ACA) Plans cover groups from 2-50. The Business BlueEssentials includes Gold, Silver and Bronze plans, with each qualified plan including 10 essential health benefits. Copays, coinsurance and deductibles vary depending on plan.
Exclusive Member Benefit for all plans: Chamber Plus, which provides discounts and copays for vision and eye exams, as well as reimbursement for biannual dental exam and cleanings.
Individual Coverage Health Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA) (groups between 2-50+)
ICHRAs for groups 2-50 allow employers to provide employees with a health plan while managing costs. Employers set an amount they’re comfortable contributing each month while employees choose a plan to fit their needs.
Exclusive Member Benefits for ICHRAs: Reduced administrative fees regardless of group size and Chamber Plus.
Level Funded Plans (groups between 10-50) Chamber Blue Measure
Level Funded plans are an alternative coverage option for small businesses looking to lower health care costs while still providing quality coverage tot heir employees. These plans are not community rated and can potentially lower a group's fixed costs if the group qualifies.
Exclusive Member Benefits for Level Funded Plans: Blue Rewards, where members can earn up to $150 per year for completing wellness activities like getting a flu shot, completing a wellness exam or a Telehealth visit, and Chamber Plus.
